Position Responsibilities:
- Work with associates to enhance sales process
- Create a customer friendly showroom environment
- Provide a first-class buying experience
- Manage sales department overall daily workflow
- Provide training and support to sales associates
- Desk and close deals
- Work with the factory to hit goals and objectives
- Create a seamless transition from point of sale to F&I
- Build and maintain spreadsheets for solid record keeping
- Screen floor, email, and phone traffic
- Work side-by-side with BDC and manage HOT leads
- Strengthen and maintain existing sales process and procedure
- Hold daily sales meetings and attend required manager meetings
- Forecast objectives
- Meet and exceed sales goals
Experience Requirements:
- Organized and ambitious self-starter
- Top-notch closing abilities, proven past and present, strong sales and closing track record
- Excellent organizational skills
- Professional personal appearance
- Excellent verbal/written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Working knowledge of computers
- Team player focused on providing exemplary customer service
- Familiar with menu presentation and selling to optimize profits while ensuring compliance
- Strong training and coaching skills
- High energy and optimism
- Motivational leadership skills
- Experience with high line customer
- Desire to think outside the box
- Diligent work ethic / responds well to performance based work / organized thinker
- Have an adaptive personality, able to shift with and ever moving market
- 3+ years retail automotive management experience
